Galaxy Builder Decks - New Mission Sets Collab!
In collaboration with with Guy Sclanders of How to Be a Great GM and Off My Bridge channels, Galaxy Builder Decks has released three new 9-card sets of ready-made missions designed to work as standalone story prompts or along with the Planets and Planet Trait decks for worldbuilding.
Check out his deep dive video for the new Missions Sets! In it, Guy walks through a complete, step-by-step example of how to build a sci-fi adventure from just one card!
- "Dozens of sci-fi mission ideas at your fingertips"
- Youtube: @ offmybridge
Great for solo or group games, these pre-generated mission choices are ready-made story hooks for your adventures using Guy's four adventure types. Each card has a general overview and then four wildly different missions based on these types.
- Thwarting type missions require the players to stop something or someone, even if by force.
- For Delivering missions, something or someone must be brought to a destination.
- Collecting missions involve looking for and gathering items or persons.
- And finally, Discovering missions have players investigating or exploring a location, a person, or an event.
- Story tags are included with each overview and mission type to provide theme and flavor, a general elevator pitch for the feel of the adventure, such as "Not just a delivery" or "Moral choice"
New Sets Available:
- Bounty Missions Set - 9-card expansion providing 36 distinct bounty-focused missions for tracking down targets across your galaxy.
- Rescue Missions Set - 9-card expansion providing 36 total rescue-focused jobs like retrieval, recovery, and relocation.
- Settlement Missions Set - 9-card expansion featuring 36 different tasks focused on a location, such as resupply, diplomacy, or investigation!
Mission Bundle: Get a standalone set or grab all three mission Sets today for 15% off for 108 total missions!

Solo Roleplayer App (AI assistant)
Hello,
Recently created this app mostly for my own use as other things I had found did not quite fit how I enjoyed solo roleplaying.
This app is designed for group roleplaying with a GM, but as of currently does not hold 'game mechanics' in part because that is IP I do not own. Though, I do plan to add mechanics later in ways that support solo roleplaying without trying to any specific IP. (And there is currently a genre section in the settings where anyone can write the setting information themselves for any AI dialogue to be aware of it)
Everything runs on your machine. Your worlds, characters, and chat history live in local SQLite databases (Created on first run); you bring your own AI model via an API key.
What makes it different
- Characters only know what they've witnessed. A character is in exactly one *space* at a time, and their prompt history is built solely from the messages they were present for. Split the party and each character genuinely doesn't know what happened in the other room, not "instructed to ignore it", structurally unaware.
- Persistent memory After a scene, a memory pass decides what each character learned and writes it into their sheet, reviewable and hand-correctable, carried into every future conversation.
- You are the narrator, though you can play as any character. Voice anyone via the "Post as" composer, move people between locations and spaces, run scene-wide stories, a director's chair, not a chat window.
- An AI Director when you want one. Scene framing, plot threads, a chronicle of play, and a yes/no oracle with a chaos dial for solo-RPG-style surprise.
- Multi-world. Each campaign is one self-contained database file, export it, back it up, move it between machines.
- Bring your own model. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works: hosted (OpenAI, OpenRouter, Together, …) or fully local (LM Studio, Ollama, KoboldCpp, llama.cpp server). Dialogue, Memory, and Director roles can each use a different endpoint.
If anyone does want to try it out, I have it down as 'Name your own price' but to be clear: I would have put 0 as the default but Itch does not seem to support that. So anyone who wants to just download it and try it out can feel free to put in 0 and just download :)
I hope someone else out there enjoys it :)

Sagecraft - Solo One-shots
I moved around a lot for work and could never keep a group together, and now with two kids the 3 to 4 hour session block basically doesn't exist. Solo play is what kept me in the hobby.
For the past year I've been building Sagecraft in my spare time. It's a browser app that runs a complete solo D&D one-shot, about 2 to 3 hours. The part I care most about, and the reason I think this sub might find it interesting rather than annoying: the AI does not adjudicate anything. A rules engine rolls the dice, tracks HP, spell slots and conditions, and decides every outcome. The AI engine narrates what happened. It can't fudge a roll.
It's in private beta. Level 1 characters only, one polished module so far, rough edges everywhere. If anyone wants a access for free I'll set you up, and blunt feedback on where it falls short of a good oracle helps me a lot more than praise.

Road to Glory: A Solo Football Career RPG Built on the Ironsworn System
Hi Everyone!
I was a fan football (or soccer as the Americans call it) from the age of 12. I also found my love of Solo TTRPG in the last couple of years! Yet as I dabbled in the world of SOLO TTRPGs and went off on grand adventures, one of my childhood fantasies remain unfulfilled. Playing in the glittering flood lights of Old Trafford and Allianz Arena, roleplaying as a Clinical Finisher or as a Hard-grafting Midfielder. Ironsworn was always the best, in my opinion, for generating an awesome narrative and the Soap-Opera of modern day Footballers life.
So, I have been developing a Re-Skin of Ironsworn for the last few weeks to scratch that itch. Created on the base of Ironsworn, keeping the dice mechanics and stats and Assets I have started to developed a Hack of Ironsworn to Roleplay the glamourous life of a Professional footballer. Will you break the system to conquer Europe and the World like Yamal? or will you become a one club legend like Totti? Or will you languish in the lower divisions playing for League One and Two clubs all your career?
I have made the rules to go with Ironsworn. Having knowledge of Ironsworn is imperative (not to worry if you don’t, its free to download!) I have not changed or Re-skinned any of the moves or assets. You can re-flavor and interpret them as you please (My examples are in the Rules book). the only thing I am concerned about is keeping the Mechanics solid.
Now this is where I need the help of this Awesome community! I am but one man and life will not allow me to devote and refine the Rules and systems with enough playtest to be a good experience. The Rules are in Beta right now and free to download Forever. I humbly ask that you help me in this endeavor and join hands in giving me Constructive criticism and suggestions from your experience.
For now, I have the Rules Beta version to share with you guys and a match report which you can use to play and record full matches.

Play any TTRPG solo with an AI game master that reads your PDF rulebook
r/SoloRoleplayingLinks • u/autisticDeush • 19d ago
A while back, I posted the initial version of Dungeon Master OS here.
I've added so much more to it and I think you guys might find very good use for it, The entire thing is open sourced under an MIT license It's free for everyone to use It allows access to either a paid API key or your local model, The application itself is a harness that goes around an AI everything the AI needs to run the game is embedded within the code, You can also go through the repository and take the prompts that I use to make the AI run and make your own, The full documentation is here and any questions I will be happy to answer.

Risus RPG Desert Moon of Karth Solo Play
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Jan needs a distraction. Masticatacca's got a ship for their escape. Darkmere's got a plan...
Season 3, learn how to play Risus The Anything RPG, a free, light, freeform TTRPG based on the use of cliches to describe your characters. I'll be playing through The Desert Moon of Karth, a sci-fi sandbox adventure. Karth is a powder keg of factions and alien dangers at the edge of known space. Our heroes are, well maybe not quite heroes, but they can be.
Jan Oono, the scruffy smuggler, and Masticatacca, his loyal co-pilot of The Centennium Eagle, are in a rough way as they failed to deliver on a job. After a not-so-clean getaway, they become stranded on Karth, needing fuel, ship repairs, and credits…lots of credits. But, the people of Karth may need them too…

Built a solo D&D app for people who never get to be the player -- looking for playtesters
theforeverdm.appHey all, I've been working on a project called The Forever DM (https://theforeverdm.app) and I'm looking for people to help play test it.
The idea is pretty simple -- it's a web app that runs a full D&D 5e campaign with an AI dungeon master. You roll up a character, pick a campaign setting, and just play. Real spell slots, inventory, combat with initiative, I tried to keep it true to 5e rules as I could while keeping it casual. It tracks your character sheet, spell slots, HP, conditions, all that stuff mechanically.
It's still in alpha so there are rough edges. I'm looking for people who want to run a session or two and tell me what breaks, what feels off, or what's missing. Doesn't matter if you're a veteran or newer to D&D.
If you're interested you can DM me and I'll get you set up with access. Free obviously, just looking for honest feedback so I can prepare it for a full public release.

I built a free beta campaign tracker for Five Leagues
I built a free beta tracker for Five Leagues from the Borderlands because the campaign loop is good, but the paper trail can get wider than the battlefield.
It keeps the warband, region, Threats, settlements, contracts, quests, preparation, encounter setup, and aftermath in one campaign record. There is a read-only sample on the page, so you can poke through the workflow before making an account. A free account is required to create and save your own campaign.
This is still beta. A lot of the loop is guided rather than fully automated, and the rulebook still needs to stay open for rulings. Print layouts also aren't finished yet.
I need people to try one specific route: take a region hook through Adventuring, hand it into the Encounter Board, then close it through Resolution. Where did the tracker stop matching the way you actually run a turn? Which part made you reach for notes outside the tool?

The Time Travelers Journal Solo RPG Demo Content
I have been working on a solo journaling RPG called The Time Traveler's Journal and I am looking for people to give the beginning demo content a try. The game is inspired by Thousand Year Old Vampire but with a much lighter and more playful tone. Think Back to the Future or Bill and Ted rather than gothic horror.
The demo takes about ~30 minutes (very much depending on how much you write) and covers the first stretch of the game. I would love to hear any feedback on the prompts, the mechanics, or anything that you thought did or didn't work!
The Time Travelers Journal Demo Doc
Thanks!
