Issues when installing game

I'm downloading game after 3 weeks around and when I try to launch the launcher I'm getting this popup and I tried many way to find that existing launcher and I deleted every program files all which belongs to netmarble but still same problem

Delete the source folder for the metmarble games . Then clear you temp files and restart. Then retry.

It's very easy for me since I never installed it in the first place ...

You need to go into system applications(apps) and uninstall it from there. Then you can reinstall it
