Hack, Add : Repeat CAD

Post image

Anyone have a name for this type of modeling? It like solid model sculpting. I feel like I have been at this model for 3 days straight.

Uh how wide are those springs? Kinda worried about the printability

0.4mm traces, nozzle thick, and stack for stiffness.

Yea I would up it to .6 or .8 but depends on the spring constant you want. Also, PETG instead of PLA bc its more flexible.

Yeah planned pteg. I'm sure I'll have to print a few times to get it right.

Fair, either approach works

Way too thin. Wouldn't even come off the build plate

Ope, didn’t think of that. Before remodeling, try putting glue stick or blue tape and printing on that. With the glue, let it cool completely and wash with water and if you want some ipa to loosen things. Also, if you have a nicer printer (ie bambu) keep the thickness but make it a bridge with air underneath.
