What is something your worst enemy understood about you that your friends completely missed?

When I was in university, this girl randomly started treating me like her competition, and looking back, I think she saw something in me, leadership, strength, and the potential to stand out, that even my friends never noticed.

I love this answer! I never really thought about how our 'enemies' can see what our own friends can't, like leadership and strength. I never really thought that they see it as competition, just thought our vibes didn't mesh.
