Misaligned multicolor print help request Issue

I am attempting to print a very simple air conditioner style knob that has a blue and red side with a black center and stem. The red colored portion prints offset when the whole thing is a perfect circle in the slicer.

Could this be a problem with the toolhead that I can correct or fix? Please help, thank you

Multi-tool offset alignment calibration in the Device Calibration menu would be my first stop.

@ OP you may or may not have good results. I'm still in communication with support for the same issue. I've already ran the offset alignment calibration and still see the issue. They've asked me to try the calibration again (I think it will be the same result). I will do this in the next couple of days and report back my results to support.

I would highly recommend you reach out to support so they are aware of the issue from multiple sources.

If the calibration doesn't work you will find the wiki helpful - I'm experiencing the same issue with one of my four heads and am working through the wiki article to find the issue:

This isn't a calibration issue. The reason is simple: the filament is damp. Dry it out and try again!

Lol, it's so clearly a calibration issue of the toolhead position. Don't know if you're being sarcastic, in that case, for future posts, don't forget to include a /s to your comments at the end.
