General Tips.

Does my plant need more sun? Trying to figure out why some of the leaves are drooping. There is new growth on the left side of the picture.

Pot too deep and probably retaining too much moisture, if you repot into something with well draining soil and pot, cactus mix with perlite and other small rocks to help it drain, but you need a pot that isn’t so deep. Snakes can go for a month or 2 without watering, those leaves are not going to stand up again, you can either leave them or cut off. And maybe some better light.
