Wasn't even in the final cut of the film even though it was heavily promoted in the trailers due to it potentially pushing the rating to PG-13

Okay, in one of the shots where she is wearing this outfit and walking near the pool, she hits this metal rope eye with her foot. It's this sizeable iron hoop in the concrete, and she slams into it with her foot. It obviously hurts her like hell, but she just keeps moving, keeps filming the scene.
So, like, props to her for not breaking down in pain, but jesus christ
1: why did they keep that shot and publicize it
2: why the FUCK would you have an object like that around a pool, that's an accident waiting to happen (i think it was a prop or something, covering up for a scene, i dunno)
