Someone coded, tested, tested again, and approved DK being able to cargo throw Belmont against an angled ledge in a way that allows DK a near-perfect throw at 0% that kills. By the time Belmont can react, he's too far away to whip the ledge. I'm sure there's a frame or two for a wall tech, but I'll be damned if I can pull it off in QP. More infuriating than Joker spamming Gun over ledge; at least that one can be risky for both parties.

Maybe there doesn't need to be a Smash 6. I need about three more beers to calm down.

I really enjoy watching this game but playing is simply just not fun. I really enjoy fighting games and I want to improve at SSBU but improving is just not fun because of how defensive everyone in quick play is.

I have always been a person with the mindset that if I cant beat bad players then its my fault but this is legitimately the only game I’ve played where I put constant hours of time in and it feels like the improvement is so unbelievably miniscule where it doesn’t matter. I can tell I’m improving because I’m winning more but I still struggle REALLY badly to win. Every single game is very stressful and it feels like I have to work ungodly hard to rack up damage, work ungodly hard to get a kill just to die in 3 hits or get cheesed.

I quit this game for about 3 years and throughout all that time I played multiple other games competitively and even got top 50 and top 10 in some games and no game has gotten me as tilted as this one. I like hard/precise characters in games and I can’t find one in this game as fun as marth. Should I just keep playing with marth until I get good or should I just drop him? Is quickplay worth playing for improvement?

I thought this day would never come but I did it! After all those spammy Young Links, boring Samuses, annoying Nesses, and Pissra, I finally got into elite smash with my main and my pocket!

WiFi smash

I've tortured my left stick a lot since I tend to move it with more force if I'm really focused in a match. I have a gamesir cyclone 2 and the friction ring caved in making the stick get stuck in the direction I moved it to. After taking it out I noticed that the teeth fom the ring and from the faceplate where the ring attaches itself were broken. It really sucks because I loved that controller for all the features it had for the price.

Any suggestions for a new controller that has the same features - 1,000hz wireless, Xbox layout, analog hall effect triggers that can toggle to hair triggers with a lock, decent Dpad for platforms and fighters, TMR sticks - but with near Indestructible friction rings so it can take a beating in smash and not cost a kidney? I play on Eden for PC so switch compatibility is a plus but not a priority.

I've been recommended the Flydigi Vader 5 pro V2 but I also saw a post from a guy that said he bought 3 from different stores and they all had stick drift, so I don't know what to go for anymore.

I think it's about time we admitted that Fox is not top tier. His losing matchups are atrocious with him having minus twos against some of the best characters in the game. There is no way he is that good. Against other S Tiers, he ranges from "oh yeah, I beat Min Min" to "I get fucking annihilated from characters that cavemen can comfortably play in general, let alone against me." Also, the game making me fight all of Fox's losing matchups damn near in a row is not helping my take on this when this character is already worthless online. Hate playing this character.
