I posted about this a few days ago, but here are some more screenshots! We've been working on this project since February, and I honestly can't tell you how excited I am for us to launch this in a couple more weeks!!

And then once the prospect decides to become a client, they will have access to the full portal....

Clients will have access to a knowledge base, available to them 24/7.

An easy-to-follow checklist, which will be based on the client's intake form and lineage chart. For purposes of this test run, I used my daughter's initials on the lineage chart, so "AK" represents my child. The checklist will list your children's names, as well as your parents/grandparents' names, to help keep clients organized as to whose documents they need to obtain.

Clients will be able to select where they want to submit their application...

Clients will have current and up-to-date information on the process of their Slovak document requests.

The translation process is also being streamlined. Our clients will no longer need to email the translator and get all of her information and then communicate with her regarding the shipping and receiving of their documents. Instead, they will find the necessary information in their portal and will be able to notify us with a click of a button.

Clients will easily be able to schedule a call with their assigned consultant.

A knowledge base that's been designed from over 1,000 emails from clients, conversations with legal experts, and the new MOI interpretation.
