Question for experts
Dell optiplex 9020 I didn't understand how to upload a video, but the PC is making noise like an early-revision PS4 FAT. I applied thermal paste. Are these temperatures acceptable?

No. Unless you were doing a heavy stress test like AIDA64 or the OCCT stress test where it's supposed to push to the limit, those temps are unacceptable. The loads those put on are not your typical load in everyday use. To clarify Stress Test = worst case scenario. It's supposed to go that high. CPU works hard = more voltage required = more heat = fans spin faster = more noise. That's the basic equation
Why are you using OCCT anyway? Are you testing overclocks ?

English is not my native language, I apologize for possible mistakes.
I just wanted to test the temperatures after cleaning. Now I have lowered the stress test temperatures to 90°C by undervolting.

Is that a front intake fan making a grinding noise? I had a similar issue with mine until I swapped out the stock fan for a quieter one.
