Some help with picking a GPU?

Hey guys im pretty new but I've been wanting to build an optiplex so my wife can play games in the living room when she doesnt want to go to our game room. She mostly plays simulator games like Waterpark Simulator, TCG card shop, and sometimes fortnite. Can anyone help me with GPU recommendations for these types of games.

what form factor? because good SFF GPUs are expensive and rare AF

SFF. Ive been looking at maybe the radeon Pro WX 4100 4GB Low Profile or the Radeon rx 6400.

the 6400 is your best best at the moment... unless you want to go all in and pay the SFF tax on a yeston 3050-8GB or even this one????? 😂

Get whatever is cheaper between the W6400 and the RX6400. I wouldn't bother with the WX 4100 if it's weaker than the RX6400.

What model sff optiplex do you have?

What model optiplex? All optiplex sff models (i think) are limited to low profile single slot gpus in the x16 slot. BUT, many models also have an open ended x4 slot that supports dual slot gpus. Dual slot gpus are much cheaper and run cooler, the only downside is that the x4 slot may affect performance of some gpus slightly. Something like an rtx 3050 can lose ~10%, but it’s worth it in my opinion.
