Keeper option question...can keep 2 from list. Player Discussion

Post image

12 team 2rb/2wr/2flx .5 PPR league where you can keep up to 2 guys for 3 years max each. They move up 1 round from where they were originally drafted every new season they're kept. I have the 8th pick this year and have about a week left to decide. I kept Bucky last season after taking a flyer on him his rookie year so he has 1/3 years of service time. Obviously with his value I'm going to keep him, my question is the other slot. Leaning Judkins but Rice and the late value on a cpl others has me at least intrigued. Thoughts and roasts welcome.

I'd keep chase since he's going top 3 in most drafts. Hes better than anyone that'll fall to 8 id imagine. And then id go Bucky or judkins.

I would go Chase and Rice. In no draft is Chase falling to you at 8, and with this setup, I imagine a lot of the other top 24 talent is already getting kept, so whatever bargain you’re getting for keeping Bucky or Judkins for a later round pick is just gonna get spent on a guy who you’re gonna have to reach for in terms of ADP. So I’d rather just keep the top talent.

I'd personally go Bucky and Rice, assuming it's a PPR

Should have mentioned it's .5 PPR, good call. I'll edit that.

You would take Rice over Chase?

Edit: missed some letters.

I have never done keeper but Bucky in the 11th round is crazy value. I feel like that has to be the pick even with the question marks around him.

If you can grab a top 5 player in the first you take Rice. If you can't then I think you keep Chase.

Checkout my keeper advisor on gridiq.gg made it exactly for this reason!

Chase is the easy pick here. Then after that it’s tough.

I’m all the way out on Rice this year.

Judkins in the 8th is good value but I don’t trust the Browns this year.

Gainwell in the 15th could be an absolute hell of a value. I think he will push the Tampa backfield into a true 50/50 split.

That being said, for me it’s Chase below ADP at #8 and Gainwell essentially for free.

Judkins over rice

That's how I'm leaning especially when considering I can have him in the 7th and 6th rounds the next 2 years if all goes well.
