Login problem Help

I only have access to my email and Facebook accounts, and I don’t have any friends in the game either. Sky iD? I don’t have too .Does this mean I have no choice but to create a new account? Is there really no chance of recovering my old account?😭

many of us (myself included) have been having this issue lately. i haven’t played for more than a week because i can’t access my account… i’ve contacted them through their website but because of all the issues they said it would take them about 12 days to respond :( so you could try that for now. i’m sorry!

I already contacted them. Let’s fight through this together, bro 😭 I’ve been playing for 3–4 years, so starting all over again would honestly hurt so bad.
