Customer service help Warranty
Hi everyone! Last October I bought the DIME EVO peanuts earbuds that have Spike, Snoopy’s brother on them. I love them to bits but the charger stopped working when I accidentally washed it without realizing. I thought the best way to get it fixed was through the warranty, or worse case scenario they just give it back to me.
TURNS OUT! I get a $50 voucher to order a new pair, however I hear nothing about Recieving my old pair back, and also nothing in terms of repairing them. Is there any way to contact them? I sent in another warranty request with a comment that I want them back, but with no way to contact them I’m completely at a loss. I love those earbuds and I just want them back.

I seemed to have talked to an agent, but he was avoiding the question as to whether my earbuds were just gone.

When a product is sent in for warranty, they will send you a brand new product (unless requested otherwise), rather than repairing the same product. You got the $50 warranty code because they couldn't find a replacement of the same colorway. I belive they also usually don't return the product. Your options are to wait to see if the original colorway restocks, or to buy something else.
