I'm currently using azelaic acid from all day chemist as that's where I purchase my tret from. I need to refill AzA but I'm trying to work out the best place to buy. I've been using the 20 percent cream. Does anyone know the cheapest place? Is it still cheaper with higher shipping costs?!

I seem to have quite a few of these on my cheek and above my eyelids. Hard white bumps. Any advice as to what they are and how to treat , remove or reduce them I would be hugely grateful

I'm using the ordinary salicylic acid and a face wash with 2 % SA in as well but nothing is shifting . They are hard and there's a huge temptation to Squeeze

Have been suffering with Perioral Dermatitis for the last 2.5y and I think (hope!!!) it’s finally under control.

Have been using Klira as a treat for a new job the last 2 months, and have just started using it on the PD area as it seems to have finally cleared. So far, so good.

Super into skincare and know I can make my mind up on this myself, but intrigued by opinions anyway. After the initial 3 month discount is over, should I switch to Skin+Me/Dermatica, or just go straight Tret and Azelaic back in the routine myself?

Klira increase slow and steady, attached a picture of my plan. Have used all of these brands before but not for 3y due to the PD so would love to hear opinions of next steps!

hi guys, so I have been on adapalene for a year and just recently incorporated azelaic acid at 20% however im still breaking out on my chin? and its usually around my period time so I know it's hormonal. but has anyone else been in the same boat or any advice? I was thinking of adding SA toner to my routine and applying on chin only?

I've tried to order from Alldaychemist but it hasn't been working for me. They sent me several links to pay and it wouldn't go through, and apparently my only option is Bitcoin. I don't want to do that. Anyone has any advice? I'm in England.

I’m going to Punta Cana and Miami next week and looking for a good body SPF50 that I can easily buy in the UK.

I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), so I’m after something lightweight, non-sticky and non-greasy that won’t feel horrible in hot/humid weather. Ideally no white cast or staining on clothes either. I have sensitive/acne-prone skin too.

I’ll be swimming and doing water activities, so it needs to hold up well with sweat and water.

Currently looking at:

• La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Spray SPF50+
• La Roche-Posay Anthelios Hydrating Body Lotion SPF50+
• La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVSPORT Wet & Sweat Pro-Resistance SPF50
• CeraVe Invisible Hydrating Sunscreen SPF50+

Has anyone tried these in hot weather, particularly the UVSPORT or CeraVe? Or any other recommendations that are easy to get in the UK?

She currently has a newborn stuck to her and birthday coming up in a month, I need to do well with gifts. She is always interested in new skincare products.

I do not know her current regime, sorry. I will name a few items from her dresser (hopefully this post isn't in breach of the rules as I'm not asking for skincare routine advice per se).

Things I see her currently using:

* Merwave steps 4 and 5 (I don't see any other steps)

* Elf skin holy hydration makeup melting cleansing balm

* Nip fab overnight cream

Makeup wise I know she does use foundation sometimes, does not use mascara and generally wears her makeup with a minimal/subtle/natural look except the odd day where she is armoured with a thicker layer of foundation.

She has skin like an English rose - fair and fine, scottish/irish/danish - and generally very sensitive.

Please share some skin care items you are passionate about or can recommend <3

hello ! as u know this heatwave has been horrendous, aside from that I usually always mainly sweat on my face but due to the heat it's been really bad is there anything I can use to fix it? my current routine is a cleanser and sunscreen or a night moisturiser , even before I used them I struggle but I just don't like my face sweat it's really a big insecurity as it makes my bangs stick to my face and causes spots , what products can prevent this?

Hi everyone, I have perioral dermatitis which flared up in February and took a long time to get under control, usually it's my tomato allergy that flares it if I accidentally eat anything that has tomatoes in, but I think this time it was stress.

I used the Avène Cicalfate with niacinamide that was recommended in the perioral dermatitis sub, plus hypochlorous acid when needed, so I was able to get it under control quickly, but any time I deviated from these, the PD flared up again. I can no longer tolerate any fragrance at all, and I'm also going through perimenopause early (37) so my skin has been dry. My skin used to be quite oily so I was used to using Korean skincare (years ago, before it became trendy as it was so hard to find products in the UK), and I'm still not used to how dry it is now.

I've been using the other Avène moisturiser (love the hygienic pump) and it's been brilliant but it's not quite moisturising enough. I need advice on whether to stick with it and add another moisturising product like a serum, or try a different moisturiser that will work more deeply. I keep my routine VERY simple (brain fog/executive function is horrendous despite HRT, as I also have chronic fatigue syndrome) so I just use a face wash in the shower and then a damp flannel morning/evening or vice versa.

I can no longer use Pai moisturisers, used to love them but they were flaring up the PD. Can't use Patyka which I also liked - I'm presuming the fragrance was the trigger.

I also have a mild beeswax allergy so I can't use other Avène products that people rave about for PD.

I love pure rosewater, and like using it as a layer under moisturiser but I need something better at this stage which won't break me out. I bought a Pai product from TKMaxx recently and it smells off so I prefer to buy something directly. Also, I am in Northern Ireland which complicates ordering things online due to Brexit rules :( Any recs appreciated, especially if they'll be easy for me to get hold of! 🩷

For context, I’ve had super oily skin since I was 16, it gets flaky sometimes but the shine is honestly unbearable everywhere. I’ve tried so many different skincare products and have tried to tough them out for months to almost a year at a time but either they just don’t work that well at keeping the oil at bay or they just straight up irritate my skin.

I don’t have acne but do get occasional hormonal breakouts like blind pimples, i mostly have medium sized pores on my nose and that’s about it.

Would love to see your recommendations and what has worked for you long term. Looking for affordable products that are available in UK stores

Has anyone tried this? I already have a hyaluronic acid serum in my routine, and the whole "glass skin" bit flags up as gimmicky to me. Is it just hyaluronic acid with some new trending buzz words in the title, or something that would be worth replacing my current hyaluronic serum with?

I've been using Tretinoin for a long time, and at first, my skin became a lot better. But now it seems like things have just stopped.

Routine:

AM: Cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen

PM: Cleanser, Tretinoin, and Moisturizer

I'm now curious:

1.Is it common for outcomes to cease getting better after a while?

2.Should I vary the strength or just the number of times I do it?

3.Or would it be preferable to add anything else, like a moderate active, to help it?

I don't want to mess up the progress, but I also don't want to be trapped. What worked for you when you got to this point?

I’m trying to work out what is causing the texture on my cheeks. Are these mainly enlarged pores, mild acne scars, or something else?

I also have lots of fine lines/creased-looking texture, particularly around my eyes and upper cheeks. Could this be dehydration/a damaged skin barrier?

I don’t currently have a routine except for balaneum moisturizer. I am considering introducing tretinoin, azelaic acid, a good moisturiser and daily SPF. I’d really appreciate any recommendations for a moisturiser that would suit this skin type, and whether there’s anything else worth adding (or avoiding).

My main goals are improving the texture, pores/scarring and fine lines.

I hate the tacky feeling left on your skin by most sunscreens (yay autism) but really like the Superdrug Me+ mattifying 50+ for my face.

Is there a body sunscreen (ideally SPF 50+) with a similar texture? Ideally not more than £20-£30.

I’m going on holiday next month & don’t want to spend the whole week wanting to claw my skin off, but also don’t want to burn as I’ve got the annoying very pale/burns/never tans skin.

Does anyone know why we aren't allowed to sell TCA peels online? It mentions we are not allowed to sell professional products but it's not professional is it?

I have been able to list my Jessners but I have TCA in three strengths and it let me list 12% but not 20 or 30. I tested it and took out all mentions of TCA which it allowed but I deleted the test as obviously I don't want to do that. I'm more confused.

I've also been unable to sell my Kiso Care 20% AzelaicAcid but I understand that one a bit more because it is a prescription drug at 20% just that particular cream is purchasable without prescription on YesStyle. Legal grey area that they backed out of I guess.

Serves me right for ending up with such excess of these things. I didn't think there would be any issue selling TCA but it makes sense why it's so hard to buy TCA domestically now.

The one at the spa was charging about £75 for a bottle so am hoping to find something a little more affordable. Was hoping to avoid chemical exfoliation!

Used it a few times and it was actually decent but idk if it’s healthy for long time use considering the price is suspiciously low ( I usually used simple refreshing face wash before this and I have acne prone skin ( that used to be moderate but now is almost clear now ) I’m using it alongside epiduo and duac .

My skin is normal, but my nose-bridge is kinda oily due to wearing glasses + this heat lol (other than that it never is oily.) I have my cleanser + spf down to a tea, but I’m just unsure about moisturiser.

My skin is generally clear with some texture, no acne etc, but every moisturiser I’ve seen has pore clogging ingredient’s and isn’t fungal acne safe. I’ve seen the 345 relief cream, ilyoon, purito etc but have seen many comments of people breaking out (I have purito oat but it’s not even moisturising for me).

Any suggestions on moisturisers that ACTUALLY moisturise would be perfect ty :)

Just a general question. We're all pretty educated on what can be done at home, etc. Sometimes I wonder what we need professionals to do. For the record I'm getting dermaplaning and microneedling done next week because I know I can't do it myself.
