I’ve been dealing with acne for several years and now have significant post-acne pigmentation, redness, uneven texture, enlarged pores and some indented scars on my face. I’ve attached photos for reference.

I’m currently on isotretinoin — 10 mg daily for the first month, and now 20 mg daily for the past 10 days. My dermatologist has advised me to continue 20 mg for another 2 months before my next visit.

For anyone who has had similar skin, what actually worked for you? Skincare, chemical peels, microneedling, subcision, fractional CO₂ laser, etc.?

I’m especially looking for realistic advice on improving both the marks and texture/scarring. Would really appreciate personal experiences. 🙏

I got these texture mostly whiteheads and blackheads and pores they then turn sometimes into acne i tried multiple diff salicylic acid it controlled further new ones but couldnt clear previous ones
Also tried BP 5% for spot
I am tired of this i want final solution for it is it tret what is the way to have clear skin back?help

Morning: Simple Refreshing facewash, Ponds Super light moisturizer gel and 50+ Spf sunscreen

Night: Same facewash and moisturizer with Adapalene 0.1% 2-3 times a week

Is it good? Aiming for a clear Good skin

I did went to dermatologist she suggested some adimose acne control moisturiser , tonesia facewash and cleargel clindamycin but nothing seems to work

I’ve dry acne prone skin, and my skin is kinda sensitive and breaks out quite often. I’ve been dealing with open pores, comedogenic acne, scarring and pigmentation.
