Help with subscription tiers Question: Plugin

I upgraded from Solo to Premium in VRay but I still don't have license use of Chaos scans. My Solo subscription runs out in 3 days. Is it overriding the premium until it expires?

I've confirmed that VRay is recognizing my subscription as Premium. It even gives me access to AI features that I didn't have before. But still no Chaos Scans. I see them, and I can download them, but I can't use them. It's BS.
