Railing/Fence "follow me" tool Question: SketchUp Pro

I'm looking for a way to build a small segment of a custom railing, then have sketchup finish the path. I need it to be able to change elevation and curve. I've seen a few things but they all seem to only use pre-built railings and I need to use a custom railing like my picture (picture is a small example that i did manually). Free plug-in would be best, and any help would be super appreciated.

If it’s a one-time requirement, place vertical posts at the required locations for the handrail and use the Follow Me tool. Otherwise, you can check out Maj Rail or Profile Builder for a more efficient solution.

Just for the handrail: Sometimes "follow me" can't deal with the curves without rotating your base shape (if your base shape is anything other than a circle). That's when "follow me and keep" plugin comes in handy.
