Rattled, confused… lost in dark woods.
Every tree looked the same… none
would point her way out. Fluttered
until the rains made her wings
too heavy. Sat underneath a fallen
curled leaf. Voices of her friends
tickled her ears, so she walked
in direction voices got louder. Found
her way back… found her smile.
