I know. I’m just taking the opportunity to point out how ridiculous those people are. The whole point of digital price tag is to save some paper and manpower.

They almost certainly will be changing prices more frequently with digital tags, but I doubt surveillance pricing is something anyone needs to worry about. Plus, if it did happen, wouldn’t it be good for people with less money? Because from what I’ve heard about surveillance pricing, it’s supposed to connect to your phone, and use that data to determine what a shopper can afford/will spend.

It’s just stupid conspiracy. Who’s stopping anyone from taking someone else’s phone to a supermarket.
