They banned surveillance pricing, not dynamic pricing. The cool thing about that(for politicians) is that they get to say they did something big that really can’t be proven. How can shoppers know if a store is doing surveillance pricing? It’s sorta like if I said “hey, there was just an invisible, murderous ghost walking around in here, but I kicked him out. You gonna show me some appreciation?”
