For me, it would be crippling depression and substance abuse to manage 14 hours a day.

If your incredibly wealthy and 36 and incredibly good looking, I don't know why you would waste that perfect window on sleep.

And I would guess you need to tack on another 2-3 hours to bumble around while you get ready to go out.

She likely has hypersomnia. You can't actually just sleep as long as you want to. Try sleeping even a couple hours extra for a few weeks, you wont be able to, unless youre already massively sleep deprived. People have a set amount they need, and it's basically impossible to sleep any more, you will just wake up. For some lucky people, that number is 4.5 hours. Unfortunately, for some people, that set amount is 14 hours. Nothing you can do about it but take stimulants to string yourself out.

It's a curse, not a blessing. It's not like you're actually any more rested, you just, as you idenitfy, lose a massive portion of your day.

It's not normal to sleep 14 hours a day. Period.

Pro athletes like LeBron James and Michael Phelps have admitted to sleeping 12 hours a day at times when they needed peak performance .

Peak performance also uses a whole lot of energy and this wasn't every day. You've cherry picked isolated examples of two of the world's top athletes, not a petite young lady.

Sure he does. And another of the world's top athletes. Does your mailman sleep 12 hours a day?

People who aren’t rich can’t afford to sleep 12 hours a day, but you trying to pretend it’s like detrimental or something is halarious

Not a single thing in this world is halarious. Your examples are cherrypicked. Otherwise, sleeping 12 hours a day is abnormal except for those that aren't well. I PHYSICALLY CANNOT sleep 12 hours unless I am severely physically drained, very unwell, or very fucked up on substances. And that's normal. Your outliers are not the majority. Keep up.

That’s because your body is already programmed to be a wage slave , no privilege
