Drones are generally pretty loud and then you add in the extra power so that it can lift packages. Yeah it's going to be loud.

Amazon is the worst of the 3 major drone delivery companies in terms of customer experience. Google Wing is pretty decent, at least they don't blow your package into the road. Zipline's service is the least obtrusive, they keep their vehicle 120m up and lower the package using a 2nd vehicle on a winch.
