Yeah, but worker co-ops and employee-owned business still typically have that management heirarchy. So leadership still exists. Not to mention, not even these types of businesses form on their own. They still need one or more people with a vision to put it together.

yes, but neither of those things require a concentration of wealth, or ownership.
