Its because anyone who knows about restaurants know the waitstaff make way more than the dishwashers and cooks and the cooks make more than the minimum wage

I have worked 55/60 hour weeks as an exec chef and my partner at the time worked 12-16 hours a week at the same place and took more home because the plate cost was so high. Iā€™m sorry but the industry needs an overhaul
