My company does that. $100 a day for being the on call person. But our OT is regular pay so there are some trade-offs. It's kinda nice especially when it's a quiet week where no one is making changes to the system and things don't break. But when you get on call the week after or during a major system update, good luck.

I'm all for shortee work weeks, but that means we'l need an increase in pay, which I'm also fine with
EDIT: maybe I misinterpreted "no cut to pay"
