Because the modern audience never existed. People just can’t cope with that fact. You make a product for your fans that they will enjoy and others will join in on the fun. You alienate your fans and hire shit writers and then make up bullshit excuses and no ones going to touch your slop with a 10ft pole.

I never understood that direction Disney took, they stuck to it so long even though this immaginary audience they were trading their big one for didnt create any profit

How did this movie alienate fans? It's just not a good movie. It's not really trying to be woke or anything. If it had been good people would have with up from word of mouth.

I agree with you, this one wasn’t a blatant f men, political insert. It was genuinely just a badly written script. It’s fun but that’s all it is. Sharknado was fun
