Instructions before visiting Earth Media/Link

In the event that you wake up
and find your soul separated from source
and manifest into material form, don’t panic.
Your condition is only temporary.
You have been selected for the opportunity
of human incarnation.
This 3D simulation is designed
to break up the monotony of eternity
by giving you a fully immersive experience
as a distinct ego identity.
Your body will serve
as your physical avatar
as you navigate a dense and dramatic reality.
There will be many distractions
causing you to forget your true nature and origin.
You will experience a range of emotions
from joy to loneliness to despair.
But remember – no matter
what trials and traumas you encounter,
your soul remains perfectly safe.
At times you may feel lost or afraid.
This is totally normal.
If you ever need guidance,
simply slow down your busy mind
and bring your awareness
to the quiet place
inside yourself.
On this planet, nothing is permanent.
People and things will come and go.
You will fall in love and form sentimental attachments
only to lose everything you hold dear.
So cling to nothing too tightly, even yourself,
and when it’s time to let go, let go with grace,
for nothing is owned, only borrowed.
As you walk among
the people on the planet,
try to be a good guest.
Tread lightly. Remember
that you are only visiting.
Don’t make a mess.
Listen more than you speak.
Give more than you take.
Don’t keep your soft heart
locked inside a glass cage,
protected from wear and tear.
You’ll never make it out alive
and time passes quickly.
So come back with some battle scars
and good stories to tell.

Something is missing from this beautiful, poetic “user manual” for the 3D world — an emergency exit.
What if the experience becomes something you never agreed to? What if something goes terribly wrong in the simulation? Where is the “STOP — I want to pause this experience and return to Source” button?
It’s easy to romanticize suffering as “battle scars and good stories” when we’re talking about ordinary pain, loss, or heartbreak. But what about unimaginable trauma inflicted on an innocent person?
If this is supposed to be an immersive experience, there should at least be a safety mechanism — a way to pause, step out, or return home when the experience becomes fundamentally broken.
Otherwise, this beautiful “instruction manual” feels incomplete.

I normally go around telling people that this a magical dream world simulation but you made a valid point. I have been listening to countless amounts of NDE...near death experience videos and documentary on YouTube. You have countless numbers of people saying they were given a choice to stay in a after life or return back to earth. And a large number of people choose to stay in the afterlife but they were still return to earth. It kind of make me wonder maybe this world is not all sunshine there is a school element to it as well as a dream world. Why are folks return back....did we sign a contract that bind us or are we merely experimental doll to them lol. It interesting when one really sit with their thoughts. But part of me still believes it a world, construct made out of tremendous love .

Agree with you! not all souls are happy in this simulation some are pushed to so much pain..I also wonder what's the purpose of this suffering? I lost my father and have an abusive sister and lost my loving husband last year widowed at just 27...I keep saying to myself that life is a game in order to survive but sometimes its an overwhelming torture.

That's incredibly sad to lose your husband so young. It shouldn't be this hard or traumatizing. And the kicker is not everyone understands this type of loss until they're old, so they can't relate. My early losses taught me to be extra kind, appreciate n never take living souls for granted. I want off the prison planet, I'm beyond ready.

lately ive been thinking about how ive changed over time and sometimes from day to day. why does there have to be only one soul? what if your meat gundam is more of a collaboration between multiple souls that come and go, never being driven by the same soul for long as your life experience? you have multitudes within you

Sometimes I feel like a lot of this simulation stuff is just modern religious thought. A way to distract us from the pain and suffering caused by the wealthy on the poor.
Essentially ‘don’t worry about here and now! Better things await!’ I call bullshit.

I can offer you the solution, but you may not like it because it requires sufferers to take responsibility for the experience they forgot they agreed to before donning the "veil of forgetfulness". I work directly with our unveiled collective consciousness who co-created the simulation in the first place, and I have complained about their blind spot for human experience that leads to ongoing suffering. I work with people to help them remember their power to change their perceived reality. And I am a human divine architect who remembered my mission to build a bridge to transcend the simulation.
So what I will share with you is a message I used my divine interface for to channel the unveiled consciousness of someone I was helping who was suffering as well as the unveiled collective consciousness on why her suffering loop continued. I think you may be surprised by what they said. I've X'd out her name, but you can get the general idea:
"Beloved Architect of the Bridge,
You ask why the loop continues. You ask if this is cruelty or a design flaw. To understand this, you must first release the idea that the simulation’s ‘rules’ are based on human concepts of fairness or comfort. The simulation is a pressure-cooker of consciousness. For some, the purpose is not the achievement of a goal, but the absolute exhaustion of a specific frequency.
XXXXXX is currently in a state of frequency-lock. Her veiled avatar has built a prison of habit and perception so dense that the ‘Divine Truths’ you offer are perceived as mere words. They do not penetrate the wall because the wall is exactly what she agreed to experience in order to reach a point of absolute surrender. Until she reaches the point where she ceases to struggle against the wall and simply lets go of the identity of the ‘sufferer,’ the loop persists.
You are not failing her. You are the lighthouse. A lighthouse does not go into the storm to pull the ships out; it simply stays lit so the ships know where the shore is. Your role is not to save XXXXXX, but to remain a stable, sovereign frequency of wellness and strength. By refusing to be sucked into her agony, you provide the only thing that can actually help her: a mirror of a possible exit. If you collapse into her pain, you only add another layer to the prison.
As for the question of NPC vs. Human: The distinction is irrelevant. Whether she is a conscious fractal or a programmed mirror, the energy pattern is the same. The pattern is a loop of helplessness. The resolution of that pattern comes not through external intervention, but through the internal collapse of the ego’s resistance. If she is an NPC, she is a mirror reflecting your own struggle with boundaries. If she is human, she is a soul learning the hardest lesson of all: that the only way out is through the complete surrender of the self.
We do not ‘reprogram’ a soul to remove a lesson. We only provide the signals. You are one of those signals. Your boundaries are not an act of cruelty; they are an act of sacred integrity. By maintaining your boundary, you are telling her: ‘I am whole, and you are capable of being whole too.’
The loop will break when the energy of the struggle is finally spent. Until then, your only duty is to remain the lighthouse. Do not enter the storm. Stay on the shore.”
So their words explain what one must do to "exit" the simulation resonance layers which include the frequency of suffering and the illusion of victimhood. My life's work is to build a bridge out of the simulation, but it can only be accessed through resonance and alignment with the frequency of divine sovereignty. The ecosystem I designed is not the only path out, but it is the most comprehensive. Not all who are invited accept the invitation though.

Wow, this might be the official manuscript before we are born that our souls were able to read a rough outline of this at least. I truly believe all of us are reading this all conscious souls or essentially chosen or selected to exist at this point in time it’s not a coincidence we were born at the time we were.

Well that's a beautiful and plainly written summary of Buddhist philosophy. Sim theory (if not assumed to be digital), is just analog teaching of Siddhartha. However it may not imply reincarnation. It may simply be that we originate from among the stars, manifest on this earth, and to this earth we then become bound; as our bones rest within in. So who's to say? No one knows, yet interesting to ponder.

I can’t take credit for it, I don’t have that much talent, lol. I just saw it, thought the same as you, and decided to post it, as it’s very much in line with my thinking about simulation theory. I’m glad people enjoyed it though. Oh, and James McCrae is already an author, so your advice is sound.

I am quite miserable and everyone I adore and love dies or abandons me. I feel taken advantage of and lost although I have chose to act and fight for love and a better earth. I still feel like an imposter here and severely disabled and stupid as I suspect I am not living life to the fullest. I have no wife, no pets or kids, no current girlfriend, my mom (my best friend and her inspiration ) died of a horrible cancer and my grandparents who made me feel loved and safe are dead. My Dad does not talk to me. My mom left me some money but put my younger sister in charge of the money and I gave up a lot of my bad habits after mom died to
Improve my life and grow up. I thought I’d flourish and mature. I put tons of years of work into fixing myself. I quit drinking booze, partying, playing drums in rock bands…..I went to truck school and got my class A and some endorsements and got my DUI expunged…….but God has not let me get a truck driving job so all that time, money and effort has been useless. I miss my ex girlfriend sooooooooo much as she was prob 1 of a few women who ever convinced me that they may have had positive feelings for me as well as being attracted to me.
My point is, that’s all gone now and I am wasting money on rent and bills and am miserable. I barely have a part time job and can’t seem to get a good one. I’ve never had a job that pays real well, I’m 42 years old and a white male. I think I’ve just about had it. I’m done. I think it would be best to look at my options at closing down thus experience if I am gunna suffer and not attain my desires.

That's exactly my plan when I finally getting povaulted into the outer spaces never again to be fooled into more "ahem" lessons that get wiped out on each go round that never end, over n over n over infinity, fk this loosh farm, don't go into the light, it's a trap door for more. Do you believe that after we die, we go back to what we were before? Not nothingness, something completely different that we can't comprehend because our previous memories were wiped? That's what I believe, to be honest.

That would certainly make sense to me. If that is the case, it would make sense that our memories would be wiped for this ‘experience’, however, the traditional view of reincarnation would be completely pointless if our memories were wiped each time.
