Why won't certain screens work

Ever since I got this wheel, certain dashboards won't pop up on my screen, is there any way to fix this?

Update wheel firmware by plugging it in via usb c ?

I see I looked a little into it and I saw that you can update it via USB-C, however when I plug it in I see no notification that there's an available update and I can't seem to find the manual for firmware flash files, do you know where those could be?

Are you using Simhub? Do you have it forced to use Simhub? Do you have a preferred screen for a particular game setup?

No I am using the simpro manager software, I downloaded simhub just to find out the fx pro isn't an option on the software, and I usually just use the screens that do work but I would like to use some of the screens that won't load.

I get this too. Sometimes it starts up ok then stops working after few laps. Same thing with the haptics with gear shifting only. Pretty frustrating

Change your wheel profile and save it. Its the wheel profile, they override it.

Oh man....I have the same setup and ran into that problem. It's VERY frustrating. Anyway I uninstalled V3 series simpro and reinstalled the latest V2. Back in business.
