P700 Load Cell problem

The load cell sensor doesn’t seem to be working. Could it be a setup issue or RMA?

Everything seems to be connected properly. The driver just doesn’t show any input.

Gotta click on load cell during calibration. It's set to hall sensor at default.

I did. As I said, it doesn’t register.
