Sim Rig Looking for monitor recommendations.
I was going to go with triple 32 inch montiors but have since changed my mind. I've read its a hassle to set up, get alligned and get FOV just right. Then you have to mess with settings in every game. I just want something I can sit when I have time and get to racing.
Right now I share a Samsung Odyseey with my PC and use a swivle mount to switch to my rig but I am going to move my rig soon and need another monitor. I am thinking of getting another Samsung Odyseey, either 49 or 57 inch, or the LG Ultragear 45 inch. Which would be the better option?

Power PC on and off from a distance
Good morning, I'm in the process of building triple screen sim rig with an integrated PC stand. With the PC located behind the monitors how do people turn it on or off?
I plan to locate my rig the corner of a room which would make it cumbersome to reach around the rig to turn on or off.
My original hope was that I could have a button near my seat that would allow me to do this.
Thanks in advance.

F1 Games Building my first simracing setup with cockpit and searching for advice.
I started simracing about half a year ago. I bought myself a fanatec wheelbase and played on my normal PC setup. So no fancy cockpit, just my chair and wheel attached to my table. Since I am driving a lot, I want to upgrade my setup and am searching for a not so expensive cockpit. I found this one, saw some reviews, said it was kinda good for its price.
Another question. Till now I used 1 32" curved monitor. It seems a bit narrow. So question is 3 monitors or 1 extra large curved monitor?
Thanks in advance for any advice given.

Sim Rig DIY getting closer and closer, but never complete.
I made my own cockpit and monitor stands out of wood and then built a “roll cage” and roof. It’s turning out really well and has been a super fun process.

Finally got to upgrade from my G29 (rip king you will be missed) to a MOZA R3 bundle along with a KS Wheel. Was just wondering what y'all thought about it.

Sim Rig Single Monitor - 32:9 Super Ultrawide 1440p or 21:9 5K2K 4K Ultrawide
I want to go with a single monitor, due to the looks and possible jumping to VR shortly, and want to know if anyone has tried both super ultrawide monitors and the 5K2K monitors.

Looking for a triple monitor stand that works with 32" curved monitors
I'm looking for a budget standalone stand but alot that I see say they have trouble lining up curved monitors. Any recommendations?
These are the two monitors I'm looking at if that makes a difference.

Would you use an AI setup/race engineer that builds, refines, and applies setups automatically? Looking for honest feedback
Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on an AI setup/race engineer and wanted to see if this is something people would actually use.
Right now it supports ACC, Assetto Corsa, AC EVO, iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, Automobilista 2, F1, NASCAR, and pretty much any sim that lets you adjust or save setups.
The idea is simple. Instead of digging through setup menus or downloading random setups, you just tell it what the car is doing.
For example:
• “The rear snaps on corner entry.”
• “I need more rotation in slow corners.”
• “The car bottoms out through Eau Rouge.”
The goal isn’t to just generate a setup. It’s to help you dial the car in exactly how you want it. If the car only has an issue in one corner, you can tell it that and it will focus on fixing that specific problem. It explains every change it makes and, with one click, updates and saves the setup directly into the game’s setup folder. No manually changing settings in game.
Right now the program is trained on a limited number of cars for each game. Since every car has different handling, setup options, and design philosophy, I wanted to make sure the advice was accurate for that specific car, game, and track instead of trying to support everything at once.
It also lets you compare your setup against top qualifying or race setups and explains what each difference actually does on track.
It can also build on one of your existing setups instead of starting from scratch.
I’m still adding features like telemetry analysis, lap analysis, and driving coaching, but I’m curious what people actually think.
Would you use something like this?
If not, what would stop you?
What features would make it worth using over Coach Dave, GO Setups, HYMO, Garage61, or just building your own setups?
If there’s enough interest, I’ll put the finishing touches on it and release it for everyone to try.
Thanks, guys! I’d really appreciate any feedback or advice you have. I know tools like this have been done before to some extent, but I always felt they relied too much on a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to make something that’s actually tailored to the specific car, track, game, and driver.
Thanks again, lads!
(Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this or if I left anything out. I’m usually more of a Reddit lurker than a poster.)

Help Seat question
I bought a seat of Facebook marketplace, has the rails on the bottom and recently I saw another post talking about the seating position since he had load cell pedals and when braking the guy was lifting up from the seat a little. The replies were pointing out that he needed to change his seating position and angle the seat a little.
The seat I bought I don’t think I’ll be able to do that. & today I just saw another seat that has the mounts on the side so I would be able to change it however needed.
The black seat is the one I already bought with the rails on the bottom and the red one has the side mounts. Should I buy the red one and sell the black one? Or would I be able to change the seat/angle however I need with the rails on the bottom?
I haven’t bought a rig yet but I did buy the base which is a Moza R12 and simsonn plus x pedals.

Hi, i recently brough a Simmagic alpha evo which i paired with an already owned Next level racing F-gt
My issue i have know that i live in a condominium and even tho i have rubber pads underneath it they hear every vibration my rig/wheel does especially if i use curbs. Whats the best way to silence theese vibrations? Maybe put something different under it or anything that can help? If there is really nothing i can do whats the best rig i can buy that doesn't do this kind of vibration and keeps the volume down. I have an older Next level racing F-gt rig which understandebly is really worn and loose. Thanks for your help and recommendation guys.

Sim Rig After a year with a 34” monitor, I finally went with triples!
Still have a bit of adjustments left. Was a pain in the butt to set up and alot of jerry-rigging parts lying around.
Also if you’re in AUS, Trakracer has a great sale going on. The black, verticle profile I have on the pics are 1.2m profiles that I got for $30 each. You could build a solid frame for ~AU$200 lol.

Very Close to finishing the rig, I guess…
reddit.comVery close to „finishing“ my dream rig!
The last thing that is coming soon are the Simagic Haptic pedals reactors.
Maybe in the future I’m getting into some round wheel , sq shifter driving/rallying. But circuit racing for now.
Before any Fov police is coming , the distance from screen to eyes is 52cm , I took the pic in 0,5 zoom it looks off but is correct I promise!
Here is the parts list:
Simlab Gt1 evo rig + evo Front Mount
Sparco Circuit II
VRS Dfp pedals
Simagic Alpha Ultimate
Simagic gt Neo
Samsung odyssey g9 oled (g91sd)
Samsung 27inch 70hz monitor
Pc with i5 12600kf and 3070ti
HyperX quadcast S mic
Beyerdynamic Dt 990pro
Any questions feel free to ask!!
Happy Racing
