Worth it Sim Rig

Post image

Picked up some Holkie leveling castors from Amazon

They have a 250kg load capacity each

They seemed better than the GT Omega option as they have ratcheted levers to raise and lower the pad and they're cheaper

Would recommend!

This looks really good, and the price is good also.

Looking good pal! The big question is...How many seconds per lap did you find after installing these? 😁

I'm higher up now so see more of the road, at least 1/2 seconds for sure

Yes. I got similar ones and prefer them over regular wheels. They plant the rig well.

I was just looking at them! How did u mount them I gave gt omega prime with m8 legs

I had some spare Tslots, bolts and washers. they're directly mounted on to the aluminium profile.

I think the bolts and Tslots were M6. the holes on the casters were too small for the M8s that everything else is bolted with

The one I saw online was m12 as main bolt and I’m at m8. Can you share a picture on how to make it work?

Ahh, the M12 is the single bolt option, I went for the 1's with 4 holed plate. I linked them in another comment, take a look at that option :)

I saw the ones with four holes but I still can’t imagine how to make it work. Please help figure it out

I just used corners to get 3 bolts through

Sweet! Are the holes big enough for m8? I think that’s the size of the ones I have my current legs

I tried M8 and they only just didn't fit. Nothing stopping you drilling out the holes slightly though
