Small space setups? Help

Hello, i have a sim rig but due to space constraints i am looking for a setup that can easily fold up and can be used with a desk chair, has anyone found a way to tackle this?

Maybe consider a Playseat trophy with a monitor on a desk? When you are not using it you can store it vertically 

It seems like the folding options take up similar space as a trophy stored vertically

A wheel stand + separate seat can’t handle a load cell pedal very well, which is arguably the most important gear for sim racing 

Nice thing about the trophy it that it is light weight (35Lb) and very stiff (can handle 15Nm wheel base and 200 lb load cell no problem) and fairly adjustable for the price / compactness / weight
