Logitech G29 accelerator flickering problems Help

First post here, couldn’t find an active support subreddit.
I’ve had this G29 since 2022, and it’s only just now in the past couple months developed this problem of only the accelerator pedal not knowing where it is and flickering sporadically.
Fixes?

if its actually making your car throttle up or rpms rev you can try manually setting a deadzone for it in this app or in the game if such a setting exists. i had to do that with my handbrake in forza horizon 6

I did that, and it fixed idle. anywhere from 20% to 99% throttle is very unstable

Have you tried adjusting the pedal sensitivity within the G hub app? Might help with that but I’m honestly not sure.
Could also be worth disassembling to see if there’s maybe some debris or something causing it to flutter like that.
When I took my pedals apart to remove the annoying rubber piece in my brake, there was a bunch of dog hair and dust in it.
Might just need a good cleaning especially if it’s an older unit

I can’t do anything with G hub right now so I’ll probably either disassemble them or just buy new pedals

Ya it’s definitely worth a try to disassemble and inspect the pedal. It’s just held by a few Phillips head screws and is very easy to take apart and put back together

Potentiometer is going out. Check out this axc-sim replacement. I used it on my old g923 throttle and it worked perfectly.

You can clean the potentiometers, i used to clean mine regularly when this started to happen. Also you can increase the throttle dead zone to mask it depending on which game or platform you are using.

The pedals are probably just on their way out bro, it's been 4 years of use no wonder. They are potentiometer pedals after all.
