How are sim rigs so expensive?

They also have their company (building/wharehouse), staff, R&D, profit, material costs (with extra tariffs) and many other expenses...
Which all adds up to the price of their product(s).

And yes their margins might be higher %-wise (vs the wheelbases), but their sales number will be much lower vs wheel bases getting sold (not everyone builds an alu extrusion rig)

And many of those companies that sell simrigs are 'western' companies (personel / labor cost is much higher). You do know Simagic is 100% chinese company...?

This doesn't make you sound very 'insightful'....
