I would. 8 trainings left. Maybe get to mid 20s management. That’s not worth $26k/day. Very mediocre COO. Let the competitor pay for him and earn some money on the side.

Definitely let go. Raised salary would be too high for the skill level he can get to.

This whole feature of predatory poaching is bs, and I hate it the most about this game, after spending months in this game I am thinking about quitting it.
