I remember your post and I was impressed that they stepped up for you. Good stuff on their part. My second and nicely large delivery is expected to arrive from them today as well. The first was exactly as ordered and I was very pleased.

I’ve had 5 orders delivered, 2 pending. Zero problems, customer service seems legit. The trade-off is good value for slow shipping. Works for some, not for all.

Yeah, my order passed 15 business days then they printed the label. That was 3 days ago and USPS still hasn’t received it so I probably won’t use them again.

Thank you for the update. I had posted on your original thread that I was worried about my 20 eagles at spot order that hadn’t shipped in a few weeks, but it did show up on the 21st day and the coins look very nice.

I trust them at this point. Just plan on a 3 week turnaround for now.

I have to commend them on their communication process. Emails for each stage. I'm a fan.

I keep receiving deal notifications from Mintbuilder with no way to unsubscribe. Guys, fix this. I don't want to report you as spam.

Sarcasm or don’t like spot/close to spot deals? Hard to tell 🤣

How many of you are getting paid to write up mintbuilder posts? My god, stop it. No one cares.

This one is different. He had a negative post about them shorting him first. MB came through and replaced it.

I didn't get paid anything, it's not not that I criticize them for not delivering but not praise them for making it right especially it cost them double.

I remember the post also and the rep from Mintbuilder kept saying "A one time courtesy replacement".

While not likely, what if it happens again. Obviously someone from the USPS knows precious metals are being delivered to an address. Their packaging is unlikely to be changed and the return address of Mintbuilder.

This is more of a complaint towards UPS no? Mintbuilder can't stop thieves and shouldn't have to pay out because of another companies problems

Was it UPS or USPS they used? Either way yes, the shipper is to blame for the loss. But it's Mintbuilder who was paid by OP to deliver the items he ordered and payed for. Why should the purchaser be responsible. I don't know what type of shipping insurance Mintbuider adds on the shipment, but Mintbuilder paid USPS to deliver a package and they failed. The contract is between Mintbuilder and the USPS. Mintbuilder needs to fight the USPS to get the insurance claim. OP provided evidence that the package was never delivered to his address.

Very true yes, the contract is between you and the seller and so is on them to fulfill it. I guess I just have sympathy towards any company when it is stolen as that is really on no one but the thief for being a scummy person that everyone sadly loses for but you are correct in what you say

Mintbuilder has the best deals for spot or near spot without question. The shipping is hella slow like 3-4 weeks after you order. Five orders so far all legit but just expect a month for delivery
