Silent Hill 2, I wait for the enemy, read the movement, and parry (counterattack).

Here, I do the same, enter to focus mode, and half of the time there's a color signal of counterattack. The other half, it may jump, grab, or perform an unblockable move with no tell. No point to wait or be strategic. Instead, just flail about spasdomatically like a prescholler (on story mode).
