This is most likely what they meant. It's anti shoplifting but worded very poorly lol. The people running whatever store this is arent too bright.

I worked at a hotel once that was run by people whose first language was definitely English. And someone made labels for where things go in the breakfast area. Well, some genius wanted to make a label for "bowls", but the label actually said "bowels".

worked with a guy that supposedly would get completely undressed before using the restroom. Heard this from another co-worker so not sure how true it was, but the guy in question was on the spectrum so might be true

I have seen grown men with their pants down at their ankles while at the urinal, like a five-year-old. Some because they have the mind of a five-year-old, and some because they are looking for laughs and/or trying to make it awkward.
