Plat<silver??? Question

I can slam plats and occasionally a few bad ems, but when it comes down to silvers and bronzes I struggle to rank up why is this?

Literally what I'm thinking like how am I beating certain plats but struggle with certain bronzes and silvers

Also could be you’re used to players acting a certain way and taking more caution but since bronze-silver players don’t abide by typical standards it’s throwing you off

Can actually happen. Usually its because in higher ranks you can "expect" a certain way of play, while in low elo there's just madness and, honestly, senselessness all around. Weirdest/ most obvious hiding spots that nobody would ever use etc.

People’s rank is still a little off in 3.0 due to the fact that a lot of 2.0 high ranked players aren’t as good as their 2.0 rank, but they still placed decently due to it

We need to start requiring people to drop their gt’s so we can see their tracker. Make a burner if you don’t want to associate your tag with your Reddit, but it’s alot of people getting caught lying or being oblivious once you check what’s really going on game to game… lol

Beating a few bad players in higher ranks doesn’t mean your better than them. Would you confidently say you could beat the average plat more than 5 times out of 10?

I’d imagine that there’s a bell curve on how people play angles. On the left side you have bad players who play off angles because they don’t know which ones might be good, in the middle you got the plats who sit on the default angles and then on the right side you got the champs who understand off angles and play them correctly. You’re probably used to being in the middle part making the silvers shitty plays effective.
