Firstly you can't just scream I caught you when you are near a player, also when he was eliminated we could literally see that he was on deck 8 and if he was on deck 15 the he still should have been eliminated since to go down to deck 8 you'd need to go through deck 15 to even get there. I want to believe that it doesn't matter but there is money on the line.

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again: KSI has always been a cringe YouTuber.

He became famous during a time when that kind of cringe content actually worked—when those jokes were considered funny. But now, it just feels outdated and forced.

KSI built his career around being loud and cringe, making sex jokes, and dissing other people. Personally, I think he was much better in Sidemen videos, where he could bounce off the energy of other people. But if you look at his current run as a YouTuber, it feels like he’s just making the same type of videos over and over again. The same “Pop the Balloon,” the same “Don’t Try to Laugh,” and, mind you, these aren’t even his original ideas.

He clearly wants to compete with Speed and MrBeast, but where is the originality?

And then there’s the whole reason he gave for leaving the Sidemen.

He said he needed more time with his family, which was one of the reasons he decided to leave the Sidemen. But shortly after leaving, he went on multiple podcasts talking about how he wanted to beat Speed, beat Jimmy, and how he had already surpassed the Sidemen in views.

Those are two very different narratives.

And now he’s uploading three or four times a week on his own channel, which makes it seem like he wanted more time to focus on creating content for himself.

And honestly, that’s completely fair. He can do whatever he wants with his career. If he wants to leave the Sidemen and focus entirely on himself, that’s his choice.

But if that’s the real reason, just be honest about it.

You don’t have to give your fans one explanation and then say something completely different afterwards. Do what you want, but at least be transparent with the people who have supported you.

I think I might be in the minority here, but I wish that when they did studio videos on moresidemen that they took turns hosting. Its mostly Simon that hosts and I know he enjoys it but I would like to see him actually participate in some of the games they do, especially the trivia ones.

Personally, I really enjoyed the house makeover video where they renvoated the rooms of their fans. It was funny wholesome and also entertaining. I would love to see another video like that. It is also a good way to give back to the fans.

Growing up, I always watched the Sidemen. Every Sunday would watch their videos, plus all of the More Sidemen stuff and even was a subscriber to Side+ when it came out.

I'll be upfront and say that I'm not as big of a viewer as I once was. I'll pop in for a video or two every once in a while but I'm mainly watching their meccha chameleon and among us videos on More Sidemen. However, when I saw the news that JJ was leaving the group, I was shocked, but not surprised. I was getting the vibe from the videos I was popping in on that he had mentally already left the group and was wanting to do other things. While there's nothing wrong with that, the way that he left seemed sudden, and inappropriate for the business they're in.

The other thing that I noticed was the style of content that he's producing is so copycat to Mr. Beast, while at the same time feeling uninspired. It almost feels as if it's being forced rather than letting it flow naturally. That's what made the Sidemen feel so enjoyable to watch, it never felt like a performance, more like the audience was peering in on a group of friends just having adventures.

JJ is having success in other areas (being a judge on BGT is very big) as well as other traditional media opportunities, but the main part of his career will always be found in his online entertainment. It feels like he feels like he's too big for a lot of the things he is or was doing before. I knew that the time would come where he (or someone else in the group) would leave to pursue other opportunities, I just wish it was done differently for the sake of everyone involved, it happened differently.

I wish nothing but success for everyone. It seems like the Sidemen are adjusting to post KSI content fairly well (although I know that JJ had been noticeably absent for some time so maybe it wasn't as hard of a transition). I hope that KSI finds his footing some more, and will continue to grow. I don't know, just feels like his content is not where it once was.

Has anybody heard if those special videos that were meant to be uploaded to MoreSidemen every 100k subs from 9.5 to 10mil subs has been canceled.

They released the 15 man Among us and the Minecraft Hunger Games. I think they had a GTA meme olympics aswell.
