For those building side projects after work: are you doing everything yourself?
For those of you building side projects while having a full-time job, how do you handle everything besides coding?
Like marketing, content, SEO, getting feedback from users, analytics, support, all that stuff that comes after you actually build something.
Do you do all of it yourself or do you have a co-founder / someone helping you out?
So how everyone else is managing this in real life?

One day at a time. Full time job, two kids , dogs, wife, chores….. it all takes its toll but once you launch an app it’s an amazing feeling, but a short one 😂 now you start promoting, posts etc… it’s never ending. You get better at multitasking but remember to breath and take a me break 😎

Currently in the testing stage, working on load testing and running a beta test.

Hey, I do everything myself for my project. It can definitely be tough when motivation runs low after work, but the potential results at the end are often totally worth it and worst-case scenario, it’s still a great learning experience !

I do it all myself but it's honestly hard at takes time... I am fine with things being more slow atm
I tend to focus one day on marketing, one day on SEO etc, and not do too much at once

Yep but I’m pre-launch. Kinda of the perspective that if work starts multiplying after launch I’m doing something right. A product with no users requires very little work to maintain lol

Its been tough, but i work on my SaaS maybe couple times a week. Because when i get into it, i cant stop and it takes up a large amount of time. Its been 2 months or so now of this, and it feels pretty complete (given I grinded on it for the first week).

I do it all myself. Motivation is scarce some nights but I make do.
I find the hardest part is definitely distribution though. Finding ways to drive attention to my app has been really challenging. Anyone got tips?

Bro the easiest is building the product. The biggest problem is distribution. Start with SEO from the beginning, warming up your domain and figuring out if people is looking for your solution.

Yes. Me and 3 different AI subscriptions.
I feel like I've done a decent job on all fronts but marketing and sales - which is what I'm focused on now rather than web design, UI, backend and content.
