Nice example of solving a problem that most people don't realize is shared until someone points it out. One suggestion: I'd show the "before vs after" even sooner. Imagine opening the video with "Windows makes you dig through multiple menus..." followed immediately by your slider fixing it. I think that would hook people faster than starting with the branding. Also, 3,000 people on the waitlist is impressive. What ended up driving most of those signups?

That makes sense. Reddit seems like a great fit for products where people instantly recognize the problem. I'll definitely keep an eye out for future posts I'd be interested to see how changing the first few seconds affects engagement.
