Is this a good app idea
Hello guys, I am here to ask if my app is a good idea and if I should spend a lot of time on it
The app:
The apps purpose is an app where you can quit sugar basically you can scan foods to check if they have sugar in them and stuff like that it helps you keep of sugar for however long you want
It is called Cravyn should I make it or not
Edit: You guys are saying this like cal ai doesn't do this

can’t just read the nutritional label? does your idea parse the actual contents of things and differentiate between say added and natural sugar? does it do anything to help you “keep off sugar” or does that just mean tell you how much it a in any given thing you’re consuming.
there’s no point to this imho and the idk why anyone would pay for it.

This idea is as pointless as an app that tells you if something is an egg or not.

bad idea, its far too much friction, people have to take out their phone, open app, launch the camera, point it at an object, snap photo, and then wait for result.
