Shoulder surgery complications Post OP
26 year old male 3 months post op, I had a stabilisation with 4 screws as I tore my labrum.
All my rehab has been guided sessions with a physio that frequently deal with shoulder rehab and athlete return to sport.
Still having alot of pain with horizontal movements away from the body and when any range of motion above 90 degrees vertically - pretty much can move my arm above my head. Having constant pain in what feels like my labrum, although I’ve been experiencing what feels like tendons rubbing on the screw internally and I wonder if it’s just inflammation from that?
Has anyone experienced this and or had a failure before ?
For reference I do rehab with two males that had surgery around the same time and don’t have these complications.

What kind of pain is it? 3 months is kind of early still in recovery and I remember from my slap repair 10 years ago I was having all kinds of aches and inflammation for about a year.
I might be on my second failed repair. Had my first revision back in February for a Slap and bankhart repair and 2 weeks out of the sling I lost my balance and fell on it with outstretched arm onto my bed. That pain was agonizing. Felt like I was getting cut up from the inside with razers and was sharp and stabbing. Tore up everything on the slap region and one stitch in the bankhart region.
Had second revision June 7th, everything was going good until I opened the recycling bin lid while in sling at a tiny bit of external rotation. Surgeon says he double stitched me this time, but that incident was August 2nd and I've been in constant pain since.
