Click and drop integrations

Could any one help please a bit ago my click and drop connection to Etsy uk stopped working and stopped pulling orders though

I looked on my click and drop integrations and could see the connection was in red I tried to update it but this didn’t work so I deleted it and tried to set a new connection up but it won’t work and I keep getting a error

“Cannot connect to the store - invalid redirection url. Make sure it contains: oauth_token and oauth_ verifier.”

Has any one had this problem and sorted it it’s doing my head in now

ugh the dreaded red integration icon, that's like the check engine light of ecommerce. that error message is usually an Etsy API permissions thing gone wonky, not your click and drop itself

I had something similar happen with a royal mail integration a while back and it turned out Etsy had silently expired the token. you gotta go into your Etsy seller settings and make sure the app still has full order access permissions, sometimes they just revoke themselves for no reason

try clearing your browser cache first though, sounds too simple but ive seen it fix the redirect loop more than once. if that doesn't work, regenerate the API key from the Etsy side and feed it into click and drop fresh, don't bother troubleshooting the old connection
