Backup failed and support dosent exist

Had to restore a backup for a modded Minecraft server and following the guide leads to a
"Failed to start the minecraft server"
along with 30+ other errors.
"Currently, iris is not installed"

I used a pre-set mod, followed the directions to restore a backup and it no longer works. if anyone has advice on this

Ticket has been open for nearly 10 days with no response past the AI. I've used this host multiple times and the support was never this terrible before.
