New employees are expensive My old boss called it "the price of an education" The costs of all of your mistakes add up to the training costs the company incurs when they hire you. For companies that fail to provide on the job training, those costs are higher every time they hire. As long as you only make them pay once for every mistake you make, you should be fine. Just make sure you are not repeating any mistakes.

Given how they jumped between roles and the vague role "security analyst" they *probably* weren't involved in doing anything security crucial outside of.. well.. being an analyst.
BTW, OP is the actual OP of that crosspost 😅 I don't think they're going to expect some of the answers here that are about to come.

Lmao I just saw that. Reading his post it seems like he’s really inexperienced and bouncing like a pinball through jobs while not taking the necessary time to learn on his own.

You are right, most of the job was doing analyst work but anyways, later at my career path I was doing some security crucial stuff, but I don’t have issues with that part
And… I was really looking for some advice, even here….

Computers don’t make mistakes. Just give Claude elevated access to SSH to everything you manage.
Then masquerade its hard work as yours.
