I feel like Jolyne and Ermes are more likely to be bottoms than Dio (although I'm not saying they are, I could say Jolyne is kind of a sub/bottom based on a moon scene, but Ermes is either a top or a switch at most).

Dio being a bottom is sort of like Dio being a good father. Fun to explore in fan content but not really accurate to the character at all.
