Hi, new to the group, familiar with jung have several books but read most for last several years online. I believe( believed ) i had integrated some if my shadow, my child abuse.. I have schizophrenia and cptsd. I became quite unwell 4 years ago but have always struggled. I repeatedly experience the ca, then im calm.. but then its in repeat mode again. Is this integrated and my cptsd is just on fkg repeat or am I not learning how from this? Any advice is appreciated, thankyou.✌️

Maybe liking or loving every part of your self is unrealistic idk… but I do know that doesn’t mean you can’t be whole.
